This was a barn that built in 1983 and was pretty much original. It had barely been used for the last 10 years. The customer wanted the barn cleaned up and updated to make full use of it in order to run a business out of it. It has had over 12,000 feet of 1x6 pine tonge & groove added to it so far. Existing walls were cleaned, pressure washed, stained and urethaned. The barn's 12 stalls were updated with pine ceilings and ash tonge & groove walls. Coach lights and pine ceilings were added in the center aisle. The arena is all lit up and has all new pine tonge & groove kick boards, and new painted plywood above that. Sliding doors have all been done in tonge & groove. A wash stall and some grooming stalls will be added soon. |
